Online Order Return Policy 2022
Returns are acceptable on saleable, unopened, unmarked, unused products with the original receipt, packing slip, or invoice made. No return will be accepted and no refund or store credit will be given, regardless of the reason, on any product after 40 days from the original receipt, packing slip, or invoice.
Returns by Mail:
To return product by mail to A&A Beauty Supply, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-336-8909 to obtain Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). For customer to be entitled to receive credit for resalable products returned by mail, the customer must receive RGA number prior to mailing product to A&A Beauty Supply. Failure to do so may result in the credit being denied or delayed.
*Please note that the customer will be credited back for the product which is returned. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method and this may take up to 24-to-48 hours after the product is received by A&A Beauty Supply. Lastly, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost when sending the product back to A&A Beauty Supply.
Returns to A&A Beauty Supply Store locations:
Purchases made through aabeautysupplies.com may be returned to any A&A Beauty Supply store location. The customer needs to contact customer service to inform them they will be making an in-store return of an online order and they will receive back an RGA number. They will also need to show the original receipt, packing slip, or invoice of the online order upon return. The refund will be credited back to the original form of payment once the return has been processed. This may take up tp 24-to-48 hours. Lastly, product exchanges will not be accepted at store level.
Returns 7-21 days of purchase with Receipt - Exchange only.
Returns 21-30 days of purchase with receipt - Exchange + 25% restocking fee.
Returns 30-40 days of purchase with receipt - Exchange + 30% restocking fee.
Returns 40+ days of purchase - Not valid for return or exchange.
