Neutralizer: Water/Aqua/Eau, Hydrogen Peroxide, Adipic Acid, Cocodimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Keratin, EDTA, Hydroxyethyl Cetyldimonium Phosphate, Polyquaternium-4, Quaternium-75, Sodium Lactate, Soyethyl Morpholinium Ethosulfate, Tyrosine, VP/Dimethylaminoethylmethacrylate Copolymer, Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate.

FOR ALL WRAPPING TECHNIQUES

1. Snip tip of applicator cap and apply waving lotion to top and bottom of each wound rod, starting in rear near top of ear to nape, then top front and crown. RESATURATE ALL CURLS. CAUTION: Do not drip waving lotion onto skin or scalp or into eyes.

2. Use a pin board pin to pierce and open the applicator cap of the Waving Lotion bottle.

3. If necessary, replace cotton strip at hairline and towel at client’s neck.

4. Place plastic cap over rods, making sure that all rods are covered. Secure ends of cap at front. Start timing immediately.
