• High Riser Pre-Bonded can be used on all starting levels including levels 1-4 when maximum lift is desired.

 

• When using on lighter levels (5+) it is recommend to use either 10 or 20 volume Matrix Cream Developer and to check lifting action frequently.

 

• For Balayage and/or Free Hand Techniques: Mix High Riser with 10 20 30 or 40 volume Matrix Cream Developer in a 1:1 ratio. Process for up to 50 minutes depending on desired results. Do not use heat.

 

• For Highlights in Foils: Mix High Riser with 10 20 30 or 40 volume Matrix Cream Developer in a 1:1.5 ratio. Process for up to 50 minutes depending on desired results. Do not use heat.

 

• For On-Scalp Applications: Mix High Riser with 10 20 or 30 volume Matrix Cream Developer in a 1:2 ratio. Do not use 40 Volume. Process for up to 50 minutes depending on desired results. Do not use heat. Do not cover the hair. Do not gather hair in a bun.
